From time to time we will organise community day trips and events these most likely will include traveling off-road and adventuring a little, most of the time things go the way we plan and everyone has a great story to share by days end.

Most day trips and tag-alongs attract a donation per vehicle to support the administration of the event and the recommended amount per vehicle is specified in the event details, although we note that if you cannot afford the full specified donation amount it is absolutely fine to just make a donation that is affordable to you.

If you are a Patreon Pick The Line member for at least 3 months, you are not required to make a donation as your monthly contribution to support gives you access to all events. If however, you are a new community member and sign up today to Patreon, you are still required to make a smaller donation per event until your membership has matured to at least 3 months.

If you have donated to All Terrain Action for the purpose of a day trip;

• We will refund if there was an error made by All Terrain Action, one of our representatives or our financial institution;
• We will refund if you encounter an unexpected issue with your vehicle and can no longer attend;
• We will refund if you simply decide to change your mind and give us as much reasonable notice; eg. a few days prior;
• We may refund if there are exceptional circumstances, reviewed case by case;

If you have donated to All Terrain Action for the purpose of a general donation unrelated to an event or day trip;

• We will refund if there was an error made by All Terrain Action, one of our representatives or our financial institution;
• We may refund if there are exceptional circumstances, reviewed case by case;
