Our HDPE cases are CNC-machined from a single solid block to provide a precise, secure fit for the Starlink Mini. Inside, the unit rests on durable rubber pads, while the top section compresses tightly against the base to completely prevent movement. The initial compression forms a custom mould around the unit, eliminating any lateral or vertical play once fastened—ensuring stability even on harsh corrugated roads. Field-tested on Mt Dare Road one of Australia’s most punishing tracks for things vibrating lose or destroying caravans.
This rugged design protects your Starlink Mini from tree branches, falling objects, mud, rock impacts, hail, and highway debris, ensuring complete protection wherever you go. Proudly Australian-made, it’s the only case of its kind in the country and has been proven and tested by consumers since August 2024, when the Starlink Mini first launched in Australia.

Lead Time & Delivery
Estimated lead time is currently 1–3 business days for kit building, with pickup available from our store in Braeside, Victoria. Choosing Express Shipping at checkout reduces dispatch time to 1–2 business days, and all express orders are shipped via Express Australia Post.
Vehicle or Van Installation
We have vehicle and van installation services at our Braeside location in Victoria, its always best to bring your vehicle in for a quote and chat with our friendly team as this way we can better quote you. For our Queensland customers we do have a partner workshop in Loganholme, Queensland who can do fitouts for our Starlink Mini roof mount kits just enquire by phone.
